staying at crowne plaza was a great experience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially cleofe at reception. the executive club lounge, swimming pool, and gym were excellent amenities. the breakfast, though requiring an extra fee, was exceptionally good. the hotel offered good value for the level of accommodation, and the proximity to the airport was convenient.

The sizable swimming pool and spa amenities were highly enjoyable, providing a much-needed relaxation spot after a long day of exploring. The staff at Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira truly made our stay exceptional, from the helpfulness of the Club Lounge team to the attentiveness of the reception staff. The hotel's quiet rooms, great facilities like the pool and gym, and the delicious breakfast spread added to our relaxation. The hotel's travel desk organized an unforgettable desert safari experience for us. Riding the dunes felt like being on a roller coaster in the desert, the camel ride was like a slow-motion sway, and dining under the stars was like a scene from a magical movie.

I chose this hotel for a leadership summit because of its convenient location allowing easy access to futuristic new Dubai districts like La Mer, Al Seef, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and DIFC. The staff were accommodating during my stay, and the hotel provided a comfortable and conducive environment for work.

I wish the hotel had a dedicated business center with private meeting spaces to facilitate confidential discussions and video conferencing for work-related meetings.

the crowne plaza was spotless and so convenient- just a quick walk to al rigga metro. the housekeepers on the sixth floor were fantastic. and gotta shout out harry's place - try a cold one from dinel for top-notch service!

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Deira, an IHG hotel selected by my director. The fitness facilities and wellness options at Hero's Health Club were a standout feature of my stay. The well-equipped gym and tranquil spa provided a perfect retreat after a busy day. The convenient location in the city center allowed me to maintain my fitness routine all on my schedule, contributing to an active and energized experience.

Front-end staff require customer management training.

Crowne Plaza's proximity to Salah Al Din metro station and Indian restaurants like Annapoorna is convenient. the value for money, decent rooms, and prompt room service make for a comfortable stay.

Wow! Our 16-night stay was mind-blowing! The "Executive Club-Room" with access to the club lounge was super cool. Tara, who took care of us in the lounge, was jaw-droppingly amazing. She made sure we didn't miss a thing. The hotel staff, from the pool attendant to the reception staff, were extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options for everyone. We loved Ivie at the Spice Restaurant, always greeting us with a cute smile. Our check-in was quick, although the hotel was a bit expensive, it was totally worth it. The room size was small but clean, and the bathroom was excellent. The location was perfect, with two metro stations nearby. The staff at the pool area were supportive. The lounge and food in the club rooms were satisfying. They even allowed us a free 4-hour late check-out. our stay was top-notch!

Families will find this hotel a great choice. the fact that almost all types of plugs fit the outlets was convenient. Being near the airport allowed us to watch planes taking off while relaxing by the pool.
